The new year is a time for reflecting on the previous year and discerning what you want to stop, what you want to start and what you want to keep doing this year based on how things went in the previous year.
What went well? Why?
What didn’t go well? Why not?
What would you have done differently? How would you have done it differently? Why would you have done it differently?
Then taking that information and using it to inform the plan and goals for the new year.
